Care instructions
- Spot clean with cold water
- Close zippers and fasten hooks and loops before washing
- Use mild detergent
- Use a down detergent (recommended)
- Machine wash gently in cold water

- Tumble dry warm, inside out, with several tennis balls. Shake the product throughout the cycle
- Do not dry clean

If you are not a member, a flat rate of $10 is charged for orders.
NZ Delivery
Standard delivery is typically:

Returning an item
We offer 60-day returns in New Zealand for change of mind as long as all items are unused, in original packaging (with tags attached), and you have proof of purchase.
