Care instructions
- Cold gentle machine wash
- Wash separately
- Rinse thoroughly
- Recommend using a down detergent
- Do not use fabric softener
- Do not bleach
- Warm tumble dry thoroughly inside out with several tennis balls, shaking product throughout cycle
- Do not iron
- Do not dry clean
- Do not store when wet
- Close zippers and fasten hook and loop before washing

If you are not a member, a flat rate of $10 is charged for orders.
NZ Delivery
Standard delivery is typically:
- 1-2 business days for the South Island
- 2-4 business days for the South Island (Rural)
- 1-3 business days for the North Island
- 2-5 business days for the North Island (Rural)

Returns
Returning an item
We offer 60-day returns in New Zealand for change of mind as long as all items are unused, in original packaging (with tags attached), and you have proof of purchase.
